👉Homes for sale was at 4450, ⬇️ 10% from last year.
👉Months supply of inventory is 3.35, ⬇️ 4% from last year.
👉Average days on market ended at 58 days, ⬆️ 21%.
👉Average Sales Price in Collin County was $372,755, ⬆️ 2%.
2019 Year to Date Stats Compared to 2018:
👉New listings are ⬇️ 1.5%.
👉Closed/sold homes is ⬆️ .5%.
👉Average sales price is ⬆️ 2.2%.
👉Days on market is ⬆️ 27.7%
